We work with industry leaders

At its core, everything in healthcare revolves around one central goal: the well-being of the patient or client. How can we improve direct care while simultaneously raising its quality?

Independently if possible, at home if possible, digitally if possible

The healthcare sector faces a growing and increasingly complex demand for care, an aging population and increasing administrative pressure. This does not make the work any easier. The Dutch Labor Market Care & Welfare (Arbeidsmarkt Zorg en Welzijn, AZW) research program predicts that by 2033 there will be a shortage of no less than 232,000 healthcare professionals.

The Integrated Healthcare Agreement points to possible solutions with the principle: “independently if possible, at home if possible, digitally if possible.” An important principle here is that administrative burdens must not increase further

How can healthcare organizations address these challenges? And how can you rapidly and future-proof digitize beyond the boundaries of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) or Electronic Client Record (ECR)?

Clients of our Audiology Center can easily schedule their appointments. This gives clients with language difficulties more control and convenience and it helps us to reduce waiting times and minimize no-shows. Together with Squad Apps and the industry association FENAC, we have taken this innovative step. We are proud to be the first in The Netherlands to lead the way!

Digitalization in healthcare

In healthcare, many administrative processes are still performed manually, even though they could be better digitalized. Communication often takes place via phone, email or Excel files, and data must be manually entered into an EPR. In some healthcare institutions, paper documents and letters are still widely used. This leads to unnecessary administrative burdens and increases the chance of errors.

For example, consider an appointment confirmation sent by letter. If the patient cannot attend and fails to call in time, healthcare providers end up waiting unnecessarily. When the patient does call, it creates extra work to reschedule the appointment. These inefficient processes place a heavy burden on time and resources, which could be better spent on direct care.

Integrating with existing systems

Digitalizing these types of processes is easier than ever. Both internal and external users only gain access to information relevant to their specific role at that moment. Using modern building blocks, we can quickly develop solutions, such as a planning overview, a dashboard or an integration with other systems. Additionally, we support all major forms of data structures (ZIBs, OpenEHR Archetypes) and communication structures (FHIR, EPIC, Oracle Health, INFOR, Open AC), creating a flexible and efficient working environment.

Use cases

Patient Portal

A portal that prepares patients optimally, ensuring appointments go as smoothly as possible. Independently if possible, at home if possible and digitally if possible.

Scheduling System

A planning solution to help optimize your schedule, reduce no-shows, or even prevent them entirely.

Invoer app

A single app that captures validated information and automatically updates all backend systems. This digitizes manual and error-prone data entry processes across various systems.

Triage app

A configurable checklist that refers patients to the correct department or directly schedules an appointment.

Rapporting

Prepare your healthcare organization for regulations such as NIS2. A business application can simplify and automate much administrative work.

Dashboarding

How much insight do you have into your organization's processes? An application that tracks all records and provides visibility into the progress of various statuses offers valuable insights.
